Large-scale town hall for a national corporation

A national corporation engaged First Water to design and facilitate a large-scale company town hall. The engagement required large-scale facilitation design, psychological safety architecture, and an agenda built around the specific organizational context of the audience. The program was designed to build internal facilitation capacity for continuation after the engagement closed.

An organization engaged First Water for executive coaching and operating model redesign. The coaching engagement used the Leadership Circle Profile® 360 and Immunity to Change frameworks with senior leadership. The operating model work used human-centered design practices to redesign service delivery processes, embedding a culture of adaptability and continuous learning that did not require ongoing external support to sustain.
